Server Rules

This document addresses In-Game, Discord Rules and Terms of Service.
1. Content Rules
We will not tolerate conduct that is harmful, harassing, obscene, hateful, abusive, inflammatory, intimidating, violent, or encouraging of violence (including self harm), stalking, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable to the server’s discretion. This includes chat, nicknames, builds, skins, capes, and any other form of communication done through the server.
Sensible, well-thought-out speech will make everyone’s day better.
2. Cheating, Client Modifications, and Exploiting Bugs
No Cheating, Hacking, Abusing Glitches, or doing anything that would be considered giving you, or others, an unfair advantage over other players in any way, shape, or form, or encourages others to do so . Any of these modifications should be immediately reported to staff.
The server allow the following categories of modifications, subject to change at our discretion:
Performance, graphics, and aesthetic modifications (including shaders and OptiFine)
Armor, status, and HUD modifications that do not give a significant advantage
Health indicator
Minimaps that show the ground level and do not show players
Recipe modifications
Sprint toggle
You can ask an online staff member about Modifications Allowed on the server.
The use of any client modifications other than the allowed categories listed above is strictly forbidden and enforced. If you have any modifications that you are unsure about, contact a staff member.
We specifically disallow the following modifications, subject to change at our discretion:
Fighting cheats (anti-knockback, bunnyhop, kill-aura, etc.)
If you have any modifications that you may be curious about, please contact a staff member. Responsibility of using these are completely on the player.
We have a very advanced shop system on our servers that allows you to buy and sell pretty much any items in the game. This means it is very hard for us to patch all exploits in the shop. If you stumble upon a way to rake in loads of money using the shop in a very short amount of time report this to a staff member and do not use this for your advantage because you will be banned eventually. Abusing exploits in the shop on a massive scale might even lead to an IP-ban from our server.
3. Alternate Accounts
We allow the use of only ONE main account. Any players found to be using more than one account will have all of their accounts IP Blacklisted.
We define "using more than one account" as having more than one account (your main account) online at the same time.
Any account used to evade your restriction will result in your original restriction duration being extended.
4. Using a VPN or Proxy
We allow the use of ANY Proxy or VPN server to secure the players IP. Please note, using a VPN / Proxy to bypass a IP Ban on the server will result in an automatic extend of your current ban, please be careful!
5. AFK Activity & Macroing/Botting
You will be automatically removed from the game if found to be AFK (not at your computer) for over the time duration of 30 minutes.
6. Impersonation and Pseudo-Staffing
Do not impersonate staff or pretend to be a staff member. Staff members can be recognized by the bold prefix/tag on their names. Do not pretend to be someone you’re not. This includes false claims about relationships with staff members.
We appreciate players helping other players, but please do not act as though you are a staff member. This is a form of impersonation, even if do not explicitly state that you are on or related to the staff team. Do not answer questions you are unsure of or share server-related speculations that have not been confirmed (unless you clearly state that you are unsure).
If you have applied for staff or plan to apply for staff in the future and start off by helping others, that’s wonderful--but remember that you are not staff yet, and that you should not act like or answer questions as if you are a staff member. We welcome and encourage gameplay-related help and assistance, which promotes community and an enjoyable environment. We discourage commanding attitudes and server-related assumptions/speculation.
7. Spam
Spam is not allowed. The following are considered spam:
Repeating similar messages frequently
A large number of messages in a short period of time (such as a countdown)
What is considered spam is to the sole discretion of Rapidz staff members.
8. Advertising
Advertising any other server in-game or on the discord is forbidden.
Sending any URL that is not on our whitelist (below) in any of our public chats is against the rules and will get you muted, please don't do it.

9. Account Security and Sharing
You are responsible for the security and use of your Minecraft account. You will be held accountable for all activity coming from your account, even if you were not in control of the account at the time. To avoid any problems, do not share your account. If the account is shared and one person breaks the rules, the punishment is applied to the account, regardless of account ownership. Use a strong password, and consider changing your password frequently, and never share your password.
Rapidz staff will never ask for your account password for any reason.
10. Trading / Selling
Rapidz does not take responsibility for the trade of any Rapidz merchandise on the web store or in-game. Rapidz is not liable for any loss or fraud that occurs while trading.
We do accept responsibility for any Buycraft / Tebex shop purchases that are made and not received by the paying party. Staff members do not have any authority or ability to address purchase-related issues. To report such an issue, message an online staff to have your purchase issues reviewed and addressed.
Selling or buying anything other than items from our webshop (including things such as capes/minecraft accounts) is not allowed.
11. 0 Tick farms and afk fishing
Any 0 tick farms, afk fishing or any other redstone machine that creates a large amount of lag are not allowed. You will be warned and asked to remove if found.
Creating any redstone machines that are designed to cause lag to the server is a permanent ban.
12. Xray and xray texture packs
Using any sort of ore finder, xray or texture pack to find ores is not allowed. A texture pack might not be a mod or hack but it is still classed as cheating.
12. Abusing Glitches/bugs or other server features
Abusing any glitches such as money glitches (this includes methods on /shop that give you tons of money fast) or glitches that might give you a advantage is not allowed.
Abusing server features, this includes paying or asking ranked players to mine mob spawners and give to players that do not have the rank / or the permission to mine them.
Abusing any sort of glitch or bug that can grief or allow you access to someones land claim is totally not allowed. Doing so will result in a immediate permenant ban.
Using methods to bypass or doge the server rules listed on this page is also classed as abusing bugs.
Selling spawners in any way is not allowed also, this includes trading spawners and selling them on auction,
However, selling spawners between two people ranked premium or higher is allowed.

We have the right to edit/change these rules at anytime and by playing on rapidz you agree to these rules.
